Nous connaissons Philippe Renard à l’époque où il tenait les fourneaux du Paris à l’Hôtel Lutetia, et nous avions été vraiment enchantés par sa superbe cuisine étoilée au Michelin. Le voilà aujourd'hui chez lui, dans ce restaurant niché au cœur avec surement l'une des plus belles terrasses de Paris... et même l'une des plus gourmandes !

Comme on peut s’en douter et vu le talent de cet habile chef qui a travaillé dans de grands restaurants triples étoilés comme Troigros à Roanne ou Bernard Loiseau à Saulieu, sa superbe cuisine inventive connait un grand succès vraiment mérité.....
